Partners in Leadership brings together 30 to 35 self-advocates and family caregivers for eight in-person weekend sessions across Maricopa County, August 2026 through February 2027. These are the families navigating DDD services, ALTCS, IEP processes, and Medicaid policy. The parents who sit across the table from your staff every week. The self-advocates your team supports every day. This program invests in their leadership, and your sponsorship is part of that investment.

Your organization will be in the room, on the poster, and in the recap content all year long. Every session, your name is in front of the exact audience you serve.

Sponsorship options are open to any organization. If you are an RVC provider agency member, you also receive two complimentary visibility options at no cost:

  • Print materials at every session. Up to 100 copies of your agency materials displayed on the resource table at all eight session weekends.
  • Your logo on the RVC–PIL event poster. Displayed at all eight sessions and included in event photography throughout the cohort year.

Sponsorships are open to RVC members and non-members. Each session is a separate checkout. To sponsor multiple sessions, complete checkout once per session.

Participant Self-Care Package Sponsor
$1,750
per session
Sponsor the self-care gift for every participant at one or more session weekends. RVC selects a meaningful gift for each of the 30 to 35 participants, a gift card, a wellness item, or something chosen to recognize the work they are doing. Every package includes a card with your agency’s name as the sponsor of that session’s gift.

Session Snacks & Drinks Sponsor
$250
per session
Sponsor the snacks and drinks for one or more full session weekends. Participants gather for two full days each session. Your agency’s name is displayed at the refreshment station throughout both days and included in session recap content.
